Borboa & Partners is an organization consulting firm dedicated to Organization Behavior services. We synthesize intangibles and tangibles together into a unique whole as we assist you implement your organization change and/or personal transformation, which are complex processes.

We are able to assemble a team of consultants of the appropriate size and experience for any assignment. We have experience in organisation change & development, culture change and cultural inquiry, strategic & business planning, leadership as well as management & team development. We have developed approaches to working with organizations, which are based on new ways of thinking; approaches derived from research.

We have worked in various business settings, including industrials, retail, financial services, health and public institutions and the communications sector. Our flexibility enables us to be responsive and adaptable.

In our approach to consulting, we use the latest research-based methods to organizational and cultural issues together with a solid grounding in traditional procedures. We offer a variety of creative approaches designed to engage head, heart and hands.

We call ourselves Borboa & Partners Consulting because it expresses how we perceive our relationships with our clients and because we work in ways which are significantly different from traditional consultants.

We understand that efficiency and effectiveness are created as a result of all the interactions between people in an organization.

Indeed, it is such mental set that lies at the heart of organizational culture. So to change a mind set (and hence, the organizational culture) you need to pay attention to all the relationships within the organization.
