drawing on the latest findings from research and field
studies. Whether we are dealing with organizational culture,
or with the relations between different parts of an

Development
Effective team working is increasingly important for
flexible and adaptive organizations. But becoming a high
performance team is not easy and may not be necessary. We
work with organizations to help them discover the
appropriate level of team working for
the tasks required. Then we offer tailored approaches which
will help them achieve their goals.
Coaching
We have found that one-to-one coaching and mentoring can be
extraordinarily effective in helping developing leaders to
blossom and thrive. Our experience as coaches is that it can
be an essential component of an effective change initiative.
Planning
Planning is important in any activity, but our emphasis is
on learning to adapt rather than predicting the future.
Strategic planning, business planning, marketing planning:
all are useful to the development of effective
organizational life. They do not have to be difficult,
complicated or boring! We offer creative and fun approaches
to planning which help to make them real and relevant in the
life of the organization. We can use all the jargon if you
want, but our experience is that most organizations are
happier using simple language and approaches. The results
are at least as good!
Facilitation
The quality of relationships in organisations is crucial.
Facilitation can help make the work of groups easier and
much more productive. As skilled facilitators we can also
work with a group to help their long-term development so
that they become more effective. Indeed, if research offers
us an underpinning to the way we approach our work and
design our interventions, facilitation is the key to the way
we actually interact with client organisations.

Development
Although we are not only a 'training company' we do have
vast expertise in a number of areas of management
development including performance management, quality,
leadership development among others such as presentation
skills. We also offer workplace counseling and facilitation
training.
